Compliment your interior design with custom photo mats made to match your fabrics. Create a unique framed, custom printed, bevel cut double or triple layered mat. Send us a snapshot of your fabric a actual sample of your fabric by mail and create a unique professional photo mat. Guidelines for taking a fabric photo: - Take the photo outside on a cloudy day. No shadows. No flash. - Keep the fabric flat and smooth. Remove any wrinkles. - Take the photo at least 24" away. Keep your camera level. Zoom out. Do not zoom in. - Please do not crop images before sending to us. Leave the cropping to us. - Image file needs to be at least 3MB for good quality enlargement. -

Please do not submit copyrighted images.

Select your desired opening shape -standard rectangle, oval or a custom fancy design cut opening. Select the color of the inner mat. Sizes in inches: 8x10, 11x14, 10x10, 12x12, ..up to 24"

Any submitted image remains the property of you and is not sold, shared or published without your written consent. Include any special requests, complete contact information and shipping address in the USA. We'll email to you a mock-up design to approve. Prices start at $35 for an 8x10. Product ships in 2-3 days after agreed upon design.

Return & Refund policy

If you have an issue with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. Our photo mats are custom made to order and while we may be able to address a damaged product during delivery, we are unable to issue refunds for the custom made items. We make efforts to ensure the photo mat being ordered is made per the customer's instructions. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the
European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14
days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, and
let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rubylenestudio2@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
