Our products are designed with a focus on both aesthetics and functionality, utilizing 4 ply standard mat board with a white core for durability and visual appeal.

Our diverse range of photo mats includes playful designs, luxurious options, and custom creations that cater to various tastes and preferences. Most of our offerings feature double-layer constructions, ensuring that each mat complements the unique characteristics of your photos, art, and needlework. We pride ourselves on our ability to create unique mats with printed designs or mounted images, as well as solid colors, allowing for a personalized touch in every framing project.

With options such as the Pink Stripes, Holiday Plaids or one of our Silver Embossed mats, we aim to provide stylish solutions that resonate with our customers. Return & Refund policy

If you have an issue with the condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. Our photo mats are custom made to order and while we may be able to address a damaged product during delivery, we are unable to issue refunds for the custom made items. We make efforts to ensure the photo mat being ordered is made per the customer's instructions. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us.

If a return request is accepted, please send the package to:
Rubylene Studio 2600 1st Ave SE Moultrie, GA 31788 USA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the
European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14
days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, and
let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rubylenestudio2@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Policy

Production Time
All our products are custom made to order. Once your order is placed, we usually begin production the same day. Orders are typically produced and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Shipping Methods
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

You will be notified via email at each stage of your order:

When your order is received
When your order is shipped (including tracking information)
If there are any unexpected delays

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary based on destination.

ALL IMAGES submitted by customers for the purpose of creating a photo mat for display are the sole property of the customer and WILL NOT be used or shared to any third party or published without the express consent of the owner.
